Pizza Hut Braamfontein ****mers!!!

I'm extremely disappointed with Pizza Hut Braamfontein's service. Unfortunately, this isn't my first issue with this location. Previously, they added compulsory extras to deals without clear communication, which I only rectified after speaking up.

Today, I visited expecting better service, but was shocked to find they didn't have the advertised Big Boss Deal for R249.00, despite in-store posters. Staff offered a different deal for R187.00 with 2 large pizzas, suggesting I could get 2x large pizza deal, yet a Big Boss Deal' has 3 large pizzas.

I find it unacceptable to advertise promotions they can't fulfill. I hope management improves service and transparency. I mean I had to travel all the way to Emarentia, Randburg whilst I stay in Johannesburg Braam, at first I had to alternate to the Sandton Branch for assistance.

I have all necessary documentation to support my complaint and hope management improves service and transparency.
