Pizza hut bad service
I am very disgusted with there service today. Pizza hut come up with all sort of excuses why they cannot help us yes we are well aware of the load shedding going on and ovens has to be heated then u get this rude call center woman phoning me arguing about the ovens that has to heat and she will see if she can place my order and and and. I said to her place my order and that's it the ovens and all that has nothing to do with the order yes we are well aware it could delay delivery time again she just keeps arguing about all that I am sure she has not even placed my order . I am very upset that customers has to deal with someone like her

10 Mar 2022, 13:49I have just called pizza hut now again my order was never placed I am so disgusted with them and when I phoned to speak to a manager I had no luck as this is a call centre how is it possible that incompatent staff can work there not putting customers orders in when ordering it's a disgrace I cannot belive this is the customer service they provide
