Pizza Hut Atterbury- Still no refund

I ordered online at Pizza Hut Atterbury on 23 June 2018. After an hour I followed up and the manager confirmed that my order was never received. The payment of R173.50 did however go off from my bank account, and I informed the manager thereof. I never received any pizza's.

The next week I went in to Pizza Hut Atterbury and provided them with proof that the amount went off on my bank account, and the manager confirmed Head Office must process a refund and they can't assist me in store.

After 2-3 day Head Office contacted me, and confirmed that they will immediately do a refund of the amount of R173.50. To date I still have not received the refund, and now no one is returning my calls.

This is appalling service and very unprofessional.
