PIZZA HUT APPLETONS - USELESS

Pizza Hut Appletons and Pizza Hut online SA are unbelievably useless. To avoid stress on an evening where everyone is studying for exams, i order online ( ********** ) at 4:33pm with the hope that by the time I get home, my order is arriving at my door. Instead, at 5:35pm I call the store and all i get is, sorry, it didn't come to us. This is NOT THE FIRST TIME this has happened. The attitude was without apology, without any suggestion of how to rectify and absolutely without compensation. I will NEVER purchase from Pizza Hut again simply on principle. The frustration, incompetence and lack of customer service is shocking. Dominos Pizza SA *****ed up my order, and guess what?? Order arrived late, but at no charge. That's more like it.
