Pizza hut, a circus run by clowns

I usually order to collect because I know delivery is always poor. Past Sunday, ordered delivery. After waiting an hour, I called to cancel. Left home to buy something else. Half hour later get whattsapp to send location. Most probably from driver. I ignored. How do you want to deliver an hour and half after ordering. I complained by email. No response. The staff at this branch have very poor customer service skills and have always been poor when I ordered to collect. From ignoring clients, congregating in huddle ignoring people, cashier can't understand English, get order wrong. I dare you to place telephonic order at this branch. It's a mess. Well Pizza hut, thanks for my non delivery order and non apology for this poor service. Enough is enough. No more chances. Won't be long until you close your doors
