Pathetic Service

It is one thing to be extremely late with your deliveries but to have terrible service as well goes beyond being ***********. I ordered online in December and was already very disappointed in their delivery time as it took an hour for them to deliver but it was understandable as it was the driver's first time in my area, however for this to happen a second time is unacceptable. I placed an order at 10:40 this morning, it is now 12:53 and have not yet received any correspondence at all. I've tried calling them to follow up however their number just rings with no answer. After numerous attempts to contact them directly to no avail, I decided to call their Customer Service. I spoke to two different people who both advised me that the number that I have been calling is the exact same number and also the only number that they have for this specific Pizza hut. They then advised that they will try from there side and call me back...I am still waiting on this feedback.

This is absolutely pathetic.
