PATHETIC SERVICE

Pizza hut horizon view JHB is absolutely pathetic in terms of their staffs attitude as well as delivery service. I ordered around 5h30pm and still await the order until this very second of 7h33pm . When calling to find out whats going on with the ordered the arrogant lady that answers calls on the number *** rudely puts the phone down on me after saying she cannot assist with tracking a order . Once I get ahold of a staff member at the store he refuses to give his name as well as says "hang on i will check your order " and allows me to hang on the call for a straight 15 mins until I put the phone down and no one came back with any feed back . This is the most disgusting branch I have come across, disgusting in the sense where staff think that they are doing us a favour by answering the calls etc . Pizza hut is a franchise not a ****a shop , wake up Pizza hut horizon view JHB ! Disappointing and will never recommend or purchase at this brach again .
