Pathetic online order system

Useless online ordering system placed an order online at 12:15 24 Jan 2020 order number ***9. I called after 45 min the querry line to find out only to be told that their is a glitch in the system and the order was never placed through to the Store . This is utter ******* and what bad service how can a system give an order number but not place the order.
