Pathetic customer service at Pizza Hut mall of Africa

Placed an online order for the Pizza Hut in the Mall of Africa for 4large pizzas at a discount of 50% Stood in the line for over half an hour,get to the counter only to be told that “their order systems are offline” I spoke to a guy name Ernest and told him we placed the order at 19:40pm and its now 20:10 pm,if they didnt get the inline order they could atleast make it now but give it to us at the same price,he refused to assist us and was shouting loudly,embarrasing me in front of everyone in the line I asked for the manager and he said he will get him Returned after 5minutes only to take us to the side of the line and said he will charge us R60 more than what the initial quote was so i asked for the manager again and said he was the manager!!!!! I am absolutely disgusted with service here, and this isnt the furst time ive received such terrible service The last time i placed an order and when i went to fetch it 40minutes later was told they forgot about the order!!! I am NEVER going back to this branch again!!!!
