Pathetic counter server

I put through a call today to the Elridge Centre in Boksburg. Not only could the person firstly not take down my cellphone number properly, that I clearly repeated to her four times, but then she couldn't even take my order. I asked for three items, she repeated only one after I again repeated the order three times. I then asked for another server, who then told me one of my requests was not on the menu. The person who answered my call never even told me that. Finally I got a person who could accurately take the order. Why must a paying customer go through this ridiculous frustration due to *********** servers? It totally puts you off Pizza Hut.
