Pathetic Conditions at pizza hut

What type of restaurant does NOT have plates?! The service at the Pizza Hut Emmarentia was beyond disgraceful. My family and I arrived and after placing our order to sit down they simply just brought the boxes. We asked about plates they said they didn't have any. We then asked for glasses/cups and water (As our meal came with a Coca-Cola) they brought USED paper cups (With bite marks and lipstick stains) and a very unwashed jug of water. These idiots serving have no care in the world about this because we've already paid for the meal. Please contact me for any details as I have taken pictures of this.
