Order online you say?

Digital is a new way forward these days. Many businesses opt for digital engagement with their customers. But if that is the case, make sure you are willing to provide that service. Pizza Hut introduced their new concept of ordering online. All good, but when we placed an order and also received a confirmation email, there was no delivery. After an hour, we enquired with a call to Pizza Hut and found very amusing that they were not even aware of the order we placed. Really poor service for online orders!
