order at the Mall of the South Pizza Hut and get sworn at for free

I poped in to Mall of the South 01/11/2024 to get the family supper friendly staff and placed a order without incident . Did other stuff while i waited , poped back in to the store 30min later food still not ready ?? Finally got my food headed out , realized i paid for a Coke Cola and did not recieve it when collecting ?? So i headed back disgrunted as paid for parking and poped back in the store and asked the gent that served me my take aways " CAN YOU READ " where is my coke . Lets summarized it up , i got sworn at twice and the finger pointed in my face from your emplyee , casue he could not get the order right . i was cool calm and collected and realized im being treated like **** cause he could not get a order right and i had to correct him . the manager profusiously apolgised and i told her sorry, we are well past that . His word when other customers steped in to tell him to calm down and swearing is not needed " hes wrong ( me the paying customer ) and i dont need his S#@t and i dont need this job , they can fire me , i dont need this " if you have cctv in the store with audio please listen to it and view the footage and get back to me , cause proof is right there . order number : 2585 time: 17:31 ( collected just after 18:00) employee in question : Ringe Klaambi Now i dont want the store manager to contact me , i dont want the area manager to contact me , I WANT THE REGIONAL MANAGER TO CONTACT ME N/B: thsi will posted on Pizza huts FB wall every day till contact is made with me by said person above
