Online order

Good day on Wednesday I placed an online order just before 12. I got a confirmation email that the food would be delivered by 12:15 this was lunch for my colleagues and I. At 12:30 I called the restaurant to enquire about my order and to my shocking surprise no order was received even though I had proof. I was so embarrassed and disgusted by the service. I spoke to Jabulani at 12:37 at N1 city who told me the order goes through to Johannesburg and then they received the order, first time ever I hear of this as well. I then had to place my order again. My colleagues and I were seriously not impressed with the service that we received.
