Not only dissapointing food but even WORSE service

<p>On Sunday 9 October 2016 we visited the Durbanville branch. we got home started eating and found hair in one pizza, fibres (which appeared to be from a cloth) in one of the other pizza's and the last one was completely dry. One of the pizza's also had no bbq sauce as stated on the menu. </p> <p>After phoning the branch and receiving accusations and very poor customer service I decided to take photos and send in a complaint to head office.</p> <p> </p> <p>On Monday 10 October I sent the messages to head office together with the photos.</p> <p>4 days later, absolutely no reply/feedback or apology.</p> <p> </p> <p>For a company just starting in South Africa you would think that they would actually put in some effort.</p> <p>You left this customer with nothing but a bad taste in her mouth.</p> <p> </p>
