Northcliff Pizza Hut worst service ever!!

Worst customer service ever!! I'm still waiting for the area manager of Northcliff Pizza Hut to give me feedback ! The payment transaction when through twice on my account after i visited the store and showed them their driver did the payment twice they said they will give me refund but i need to submit bank statements exct to them that i did 7days later no refund paid and the manager dont take my calls or get back to me when he said he will!! Head office dont even bother to call and assure their customers this is not good ! i will never support them ever again and i will make sure everyone i know will not use them again!!
