Non functioning website for the running special

On an recommendation of a friend I tried ordering online from your store, this was for the special running “ one pizza free for the first online order”. The problem was that after about 20min of trieng to order online i thought i have come right. When i arrived at the store the order was never processed and then after just kept kicking me out.

I tried talking at the till explaining the situation but because the online order is directly linked to the system the order could not be processed.

The lady was clearly irritated because the person just before me had the same problem.

Unfortunately i had people waiting on me so i paid full price for the order.

I feel this special should not be running if your website is not functioning well, especially if it is an special aimed at attracting more online business
