Non Existent Service Paradigms & Extreme Ineptitude

Cannot order online. My suburb is not listed. Cannot proceed with either a collections order or a delivery order without selecting a suburb. Cannot call for advice or help because Pizza Hut at Dolphins Leap, Port Elizabeth does not answer the phone. Ever. I also battle to find the contact number because the Pizza Hut website list the Port Elizabeth branch as having a Bloemfontein dialing prefix!!!

I've tried to make contact via telephone 13 times in two hours on a Saturday between 16h00 and 18h00 with no response.

This level of ineptitude reflects extremely poorly and the anticipated quality of any food or potential service. It is clearly amateur hour at Pizza Hut. International franchisers should be aware of how South African Franchisees are making an absolute mockery of their brand.
