No delivery of order already paid for

I place an online delivery at 16.28pm and paid online. Called the Tokai branch where I ordered an hour later for the lady to say that the driver was already out on the road and I should receive my delivery soon. Not only did none of my calls go through thereafter, I never received my order that was already paid for and no one from the branch has reached out to me even after emailing them
