No delivery. No Apology.

I ordered pizzas for lunch at 1pm. It took 10 minutes to convey the simple order on the phone. After waiting 1 hour and 30 minutes I called once. Was told they would get back to me. I called then again 10 minutes later. Same thing. After 2 hours i was told the driver was back at the restaurant and needed directions. Not once did anyone call me to ask for directions, or a confirmation of address, or even an apology. The manager was unsympathetic and i was left with no food, and no apology. Worst service i have ever experienced. I will never eat at Pizza Hut, delivery or not delivery. Absolutely useless, and disgusting service.
