No Delivery, never answers phone

<p>On Sundays 15/01/2017 at 18h53 we placed a delivery order from Lenasia Pizza Hut for a large double cheese. At 19h57 a lady from the store called to advise that the delivery person could not find our apartment. I tried to explain but the lady on the phone was not competent or was hard of hearing. I asked for the delivery persons number so I could explain to him but i was given a number that does not exist.</p> <p> I tried calling the store back but there was no answer. Nore did the store try calling back. The pizza did not arrive.</p>
