No Delivery from Pizza Hut Montana

We ordered Pizza on the 28/07/2023 form Pizza Hut montana at 18h49 we were told the order number will be sms'd to us we didnt receive one. i called again at 19h47 they put us through to the branch manager no one picked up, at 19h48 i called again the branch manager took my number and said he will call me in 1 minute he wants to check my order, at 20h10 i called again as the manager never phoned me back, he told me my pizza was almost out the oven they waiting for the driver, at 20h21 i called again we were told the order is definitely coming, at 21h03 i called again we asked them what is happening they said the 1 driver is sick and the other one is out with orders we asked them if the food is coming or must we cancel and make our own food at home as its late, she assured us the pizza is definately coming we must not worry it will be there in 15 minutes or so. needless to say the food never arrived. Pathetic service
