No Delivery after 3 and half hours and no response from store or custumer service

We placed an order and received confirmation at 12H01. The order was paid online

After more than an hour I started calling the store - Middelburg - and was unable to reach them by phone. I also called customer care.

I received no feedback, and had to call on several occasions. On the last time, I demanded to hold on while the tried finding out what was going on. They told me again they would get back to me, they were also not able to get hold of the branch and were going to contact head office and the franchise owner.

It has been another 2 hours, and still no further feedback. Its been 3 and a half hours now
