No delivery

I ordered 3 pizzas for me and two colleagues at 11:45, received an email and SMS saying order placed... the SMS said estimated delivery is 12:15 and the email said 12:45. By 14:06 we still had no pizza, no notification, nothing... so I called the local branch and they said they received nothing and weren't aware of our order. Normally I'd expect someone at this point to offer at least free drinks or something... but they made excuses about head-office and training, then asked if I'd like to order for delivery by 15:00... dude, I wanted lunch, not dinner... and one of my colleagues already gave up and walked to McDonalds an hour ago. Now we're having sandwiches from a vendor down the street and I will never order Pizza Hut ever again.
