No customer service at all. Staff member not knowing what he is doing

Last week I went to Pizza Hut Farrarmere to buy one of your specials. The guy at the counter was clueless about what the specials were and kept on repeating what I said. I asked him about what is the meat options and the veg options and then he started calling someone out loud and started talking in his own language. Should English not be the language of choice to speak with customers. I tried placing an order with this staff member but hey was clearly not knowing what to do, out of frustration I decided to just walk out of the shop. Please train your staff!
