Nice taste, bad app ordering experience.

I have tasted pizza but i think this has been my best so far. I love their tastes and all but I still have a little thing against my very recent experience. It seems if i order at the Northriding branch where I stay, after 6pm, these guys are rather reluctant to make the order and will make every excuse not to deliver. I once ordered via Uber Eats and that happened and i just thought maybe the sync between the driver and the restaurant was the problem. I ordered again, this time on their app and guess what, i got my order after spending almost an hour following up on their customer care line and being given the run around! We had to find alternative food whilst waiting for the order! Imagine placing an order at 18:17 and receiving it at 20:22. The appetite for the pizza was long gone and i think the real reason why they had to deliver was i had paid online judging from the fact that whoever answered my call seemed disappointed with the fact that it wasn't COD and i had already paid! Service during the day is perfect though! I wish their app had a tracking function, too.
