Never again Pizza Hut

What a disaster, ordered your special 6 pizzas for delivery, from your cape gate lifestyle store, 1 hour in no phone call, no delivery, nothing. So i phone only to speak to a gentleman whom cant hear me as his phone volume was too low, it took me 5 minutes to spell out my order number... then to hear that the pizzas are not ready, and would it be possible to collect. I leave immediately to arrive and find they are still making the pizzas, they ask for another 15 minutes.... i have 5 hungry kids at home, a this is the service i receive??? No where near the service of pizzahut in other countries, and certainly shocking in comparison to your competitors. Never again.
