****med at Pizza Hut Emmarentia Corner

On 15th December 2025 I visited the Emmarentia Corner Pizza Hut branch. I intended to order the lunch time deal which is any medium pizza plus a 440ml drink for R69.90.

I ordered the medium mexicana plus 440ml buddy. I was charged R99.90 instead of R69.90. I thought the price had increased and as I was already there and hungry I accepted it.

When I came home I read the till slip and found that the server charged me twice for extra mozzarella at R15 x 2 = R30. The pizza had no extra mozzarella and I did not order double extra mozarella. So I paid R69,90 plus an extra R30 for something I did not request or receive.

I dont know if this is a **** or a genuine error but Pizza Hut customer care appears to condone this as I brought their attention to it on the same day (15th December 2025) and 5 days later Ive received no feedback. I shared the copy of my receipt and picture of the pizza with them as proof.
