Magically shrinking delivery zones

We've been regular customers. We're inside 10km of the shop, had delivery easily over and over. Probably 6-8 times in the last month alone. Today, we're 'out of their area' according to their rude and snippy manager. Their...wait for this...3km delivery zone. Funny how that policy appears to have changed OVERNIGHT...we ordered from them the day before yesterday no problem. They seem to have 0 interest and 0 monitored customer service channels...just a big old joke. One thing if it had always been a walking distance delivery zone. 3km? Seriously? But to be so rude to a repeat and regular customer and insisting on LYING about our many, many previous orders? This person is a joke. Shouldn't be in charge of a shop for sure, but if that's the rest of their customer service, no wonder. If this branch has an owner different from this idiot, wouldn't mind hearing what they think of this sudden policy change?
