Lost order?

I placed an order at pizza hut with the number provided on their website for delivery at 12:16 (mind you this was after loadshedding had ended). I placed my order to which the same lady called me back saying that the ovens needed to warm up to which i told her to still put my order through. She said it would arrive at approximately 13:30/13:40 which is fine. I then phone at 13:45 only to hear that my order was not placed at all. I am extremely disappointed and angry at this, i wil never buy from any pizza hut ever again. I spoke to the same lady that had to put my order through and she said there is no order. Maybe if they check their recordings they will see there is an order, yet no one could help.
