Late delivery and no comuncation

We ordered pizza from langebaan pizza hut on the 9th April 2019 at 19h53 and after an hour wait we phoned pizza hut to find out where our order was and was told there only one delivery driver and also that he even got the previous address wrong after about 15min after the call our pizza was delivered at 21h11 not even a sorry for been late and not a call from pizza hut to let us know that our order will be late and apologized and if we did not phone self we would have not known about the delay. We very disappoint in pizza hut as we are regulars.
