Late delivery and no apology

I ordered a pizza at Pizza Hut Fordsburg on the 25. 11 at 18:46. I was assured that delivery would take 30-45 minutes. After an hour the delivery guy came and I swiped for the pizza. Only then he realized that he had the incorrect order. I called the branch to ask to rectify the situation and I was assured that my pizza will be remade and delivered within the next 30 minutes. After another hour and still no delivery I tried calling the branch twice, both times ringing and no answer. I then decided to call the national Pizza Hut call centre. The lady who assisted me was very friendly and apologietic and assured me that my complaint will be logged and that I would receive an sms. I never received this sms. The pizza finally arrived and it was dry and cold. This has been a very disappointing experience.
