Just don't care

On 16 March 2022 at 18:25 I placed an order with Pizza Hut Hatfield Square and received an order confirmation and was told it would take approximately 60 minutes.

After an hour I phoned the call centre which transferred the call to the store. The manager told me my order was about to leave the store.

Half an hour later I phoned again and this time the call centre told me they cannot reach the store and took my details.

Ten minutes later the call centre called and asked if I have received my order yet. When I said no they just apologized and said the store will contact me the next day. Well, they haven't. No one has.
