Irresponsible Idiots

I placed an order through webiste - order confirmation number is: ********** - Time of order was 19h56 - time of delivery as per website is 20h30 - I called the store at 21h10 to find out where my order is - and their response was that the internet is not working - i called the call centre subsequently and explained my issue to them - the first question was did i place the order again when i called the store - do ypu really think that after having waited for over an hour for an order - i will have the patience to palce the order again and wait for another hour for the pizza to be delivered -my question was simple - who should tell me that the internet at my store is not working and hence they will not be able to deliver - to which your idiotic and dumb call center agent rep**** the store - i mean for goodness sake - if they are unable to receive my order how the hell will they phone me!!! Really idiotic and dumb call center agents - and then their response after i explained to them the logic was there is nothing we can do about it - this is your service level and this si the level of your customer facing staff
