Insect found on food

I ordered from Pizza Hut Florida Road on Wednesday afternoon. Firstly my order took over an hour to arrive. I had ordered 2 mediums. Much to our horror we discovered a fly on our food! It had been baked in with the pizza! Completely horrified. My complainants have fallen on deaf ears to the Pizza hut
