Incorrect Food delivered

I order a pizza from Pizza Hut N1 City last night. I also like the Debonairs Crammed Crust option with the worsie around the base, so I thought I try the Pizza hut equivalent. It was delivered and I started eating. I saw the puffs on the side of the pizza and thought this was the worsie part. I ate it and it tasted like nothing. I pulled it apart and saw there was a teeny bit of cheese inside. I phoned the store. The 1st person who answered could not help me and gave the phone to the manager. I told her the problem. She rep**** that they do not do the worsies in the crust, only some of the Johannesburg branches do it. (Even though you can choose it from their menu) She said they are busy closing shop and there is nothing she can do about it. I think this is really bad service and not informing me this when placing my order. Also, its available from the drop down if you try and order from their site. Bad service, bad attitude, Won't see my business again!
