Inconsistent Food / No Enough Toppings

I was sent a survey after my big boss order from Pizza Hut Bluff - I completed the survey and stated my concerns. Making note of the inconsistency in taste from previous orders. Some parts of the pizza was just crust. almost a month now, no feedback. I popped a message on DM's on insta and they said someone will call. are you'll closing down that you'll dont bother to contact me. why?
