incompitent staff, management and deliver driver

I called and placed an order from pizza hut elridge corner shopping centre at 12:00 on Friday the 13th Feb their number is *** after waiting for an hour I called back and they said they'll call the driver to find out what the problem is, half an hour after that the driver still hadn't arrived and 15 mins after that I saw the driver drive up and down right past my store he didn't even stop in the centre where he was supposed to deliver and look for my store, I called and the woman I spoke to kept asking from where like she couldn't hear me so I lost my temper and screamed at her, after which she handed the phone to who I can only assume is the manager who after making as if he couldn't understand me, I once again lost my temper cause having spent over 5 years in the food service industry could not accept the incompetence of the staff I was dealing with and after I lost my temper the second time with the manager he just hung up in my ear without trying to resolve the problem or even try understand whats going on. I for one will never support pizza hut again and I will spread the bad word about the pathetic service I received and I will take away at least 50 potential clients.
