I phoned to order pizza at 18:07 and they told me it would be 30-35 minutes for delivery. After an hour, I called and they told me there were still others ahead of me in line for delivery. Apparently, \they should have told me delivery would be 45 minutes because they only had one driver". I pointed out that it was already more than 45 minutes"
