I want my refund or order

I placed an order on the 6/6 2024 via ubber eats & payment method was via card .... Experienced a few technical glinches with my app to a point that i couldn't see when my order or the driver being Mfika trying to contact me via the app as he says..... Wen i could finally login i saw that my food was delivered & left @ the security gate @ my work place even attached a pic on my app... Got the gate was told the driver returned back with my food where else on the app he had said he delivered them .... Now m being told by ubber eats that m not eligible for a refund where else I've paid for services that i didn't receive which i find it very much upsetting & deceiving also that the driver **** & said he had delivered the food but returned back with it .....i want my refund or my order
