Horrific service delivery

Disgusted with this companies service, waited an hour and a half for my order from your West Coast Village store, only to get a call saying they only got my order now and they'd start prepping, but they don't have half of what I ordered? Then why is it on the menu??? Not the first time I've had such an experience with this store, management needs to step up or step down. Your Atterbury store in Pretoria is 1000x better
