Horrific Customer service and Health Hazzard

No one has contacted me regarding my callcentre / branch and area complaint of hair found in the pizzas, order number 8741 Bedfordview Pizza Hut Gauteng. This is disgusting, a health hazzard, the case number has been open with not even a call back for three weeks. My details clearly stipulated on the call centre case number CAS-28098-D8X9L3 which is still open.
