Horrible Hut

Jean Village Branch: Extremely disappointing. Delivery order placed through Call Centre.. 90 Min later still not delivered & 'follow your order link' indicated that "order has been received and chefs will start preparing order soon". Contacted call centre who transfered call to the specific branch. Gentleman at the latter neither gave feedback on the order; nor apologised. He simply rep**** with: "Okay, we will cancel your order". I always loved Pizza Hut's food - thin base Feta & Roasted vegetables being my favourite. I will, unfortunately now have to find a new favourite somewhere else. Won't order from Pizza Hut again. --M Louw
