********** tip charged or R270!!

I ordered pizza on the 23rd August 2018 at 11:23 AM and was charged a ********** R270 tip!!!!!

I have NEVER EVER agreed to a tip like and it's completely unacceptable that this was added without my knowledge!!

I want that money back!
