Florida Road Pizza Hut - a total disaster.

Nothing positive to report on at Pizza Hut Florida Road Placed order online; promo code did not work Numerous calls to store - phone never answered Call customer care line - 25 minutes at my expense with an agent who was not even aware of promotion. Eventually spike to a team leader who tried to help. Spoke to store and they said one telephone line and store was busy. Promo app**** to bill Order took just under 90 minutes to arrive. It was warm at best and soggy - so much oil. Was promised vouchers by Amy - an area manager. These never arrived as promised. Another three calls to get them and it is a 15% discount voucher. What an insult. Do not support this terrible brand. Terrible product and customer service. Plus over priced pizzas
