Florida Road Branch - Poor delivery and customer service

I placed an online order at 11:39am . 1 x big boss and another small pizza. At 12:30 I called to find out where my order is , I was told that it has left the store and was on its way, at 13:00 I called again and was told the same thing. I then called customer care where I was told that the store is having problems with deliveries. Why didn't the store communicate this to me , I could've went to the store and collected my order. My food arrived at 13:50 and I did not accept it, the store calls me back to say I have to accept it, I told them where to get off. Don't ruin lunch by supporting this store.
