Extremely bad service - Pizza Hut, Liberty Mall

Ordered take away pizza and a side of cheesy nuggets and cheese grillers on the 20th of December at the Liberty Mall branch. Was told there is a 30 minute waiting period. Returned after 30 minutes, order not ready but patiently waited. After another 30 minutes and my asking about my order the pizzas and a tiny box was given to me. I opened the small box and lo and behold there were 2 (very old dry shrivelled) sausages and three nuggets - the order supposed to be 10 nuggets and 10 sausages. I asked the cook why an incorrect order - he simply took the box and further ignored me. The customer next to me received her so called cheesy chips - shrivelled chips with no cheese sauce… And so I continued waiting another 15 minutes and when once again asking the cook about my order a small box was plonked down in front of me. Lo and behold - incorrect number of items again. Asked to speak to the manager as by that time I was angry to say the least. Some lady came to the front - not very interested and could not even greet me after I said hello - was too busy turning her back to me to give attention to her phone. Eventually turned around and I explained the problem and told her to get the box and have a look at the items and tell me wether she would be prepared to eat what was given to me and the fact that the order was not correct. Was not interested - refunded me for the 2 items, turned her back on me and left. Is that how customers get treated at that branch? Will never ever go there again!!!! We all make mistakes and take outs get busy, but this experience took bad service to a new level
