Disgusting service

<p>Pizza Hut Langenhoven Park Bloemfontein. After hearing numerous bad complaints from colleagues and friends, I thought about giving them the benefit of the doubt and placed an order via telephone for the 1st time on Friday 22 July 2016, where i was told i could pick up my order within 10-15 minuets, Got there and asked for my order, where as everybody was running in the back looking for the order, could not find it, and i was asked to wait 10 more minutes, which is was all fine, I could live with that. Saturday, 24 July 2016, we ordered in store, where we were “helped” by a woman employee at the cash register, whom i do not have the name of, as they do not work with name badges etc.She was utterly rude, did not look like she wanted to work. She yelled at someone in the back as i was still in the middle of my sentence placing my order!!! I asked her in disbelief “may i continue speaking now?’ where she just told me ‘NO’!! After standing there for about 5 minutes, not knowing what is going on, a guy came and did something with her computer, and she just rudely said to me: ‘ Now you can continue speaking” I was completely shocked by her behaviour, she could have just told me that their computer system is hanging or not working. After that I waited a whole 50 minutes for my order!!!! On Monday 25/7/2016... Now this is unbelievable... I called again to put in an order at 10:20... where they told me over the phone it would take about 30 minuets, which is fine, I live on a farm 24km’s out of Bloemfontein and it takes me about 20 minutes to get to town. On my arrival, I sadly had to hear that once again there is something wrong, my order was never placed and I had to wait another 50 minutes. I am completely and utterly disgusted by this place, after giving them 3 changes. They will never hear from me again. If they want to survive in Langenhoven Park they definitely need to pick up their socks and do better, also work on their communicating and customer service s****s</p>
