Disgusted, discouraged and enraged

There service was SWAK. We waited an hour for cold and tasteless pizza. Really. You have disgraced the whole consept of fast food :'( shame on you. Slow service and all. And the sad thing was, that I was not the only customer that waited over an hour. There is no sense of management in the whole shop. Just utter chaos...
