Disgusted

Beyond disappointed. Did a schedule delivery on Uber eats. My order arrived cold, incomplete and some items half cooked, while other items were half burnt. I spoke to the driver who informed me that the manager had informed him that my food wasn't ready however when I phoned the manager kept me on hold for 30 minutes only for my driver to inform me that he didn't want to speak to the customer at all, then when he eventually answered he told me the driver left 10 minutes earlier.

Utterly disappointed and completely lost my appetite
